Weekend Sitting
A Weekend Sitting is a meditation intensive (Friday-Sunday).
This event is open to both experienced practitioners and people new to Zen practice. If this will be your first meditation intensive with BZC, please send us an email at office@boulderzen.org to set up a short phone call before registering.

Friday will include a welcome dinner, an introduction to the weekend with zazen instruction, and oryoki instruction will be provided for those who need it.
Saturday will be a full day of zazen, with oryoki meals, formal tea, and a dharma talk given by Zenki Roshi.
Sunday will include oryoki breakfast, zazen, and will end with an informal lunch.
