I. Transformative Practice

This course took place live from February-March 2021 and is now available as a self-paced course.

It offers a thorough introduction into the physical and mental postures of zazen meditation and discusses how to bring mindfulness into one's daily life. There is a strong emphasis on embodiment (bodyfulness).

II. Liberation From Suffering

This course took place live from October-November 2021 and is now available as a self-paced course.

It reframes the classic Buddhist teachings on how to fully turn toward one's experience as it is and find a sense of nourishment and embodied aliveness in every aspect of one's life.

IV. Compassionate Action

This course took place live from September-November 2023 and is now available as a self-paced course.

This course explores the experiential foundations of compassion and how to cultivate it. Each event and each action resonates in our sensitive bodies and minds and asks us to respond appropriately to the circumstances.
