This course explores the experiential foundations of compassion and how to cultivate it. Each event and each action resonates in our sensitive bodies and minds and asks us to respond appropriately to the circumstances.
'Compassionate Action' is the fourth course in a 4-part series covering the basic teachings with which Buddhism answers our inmost request: transformation, liberation from suffering, wisdom, and compassion.
