This event continues a long-running series of seminars Baker Roshi has been having with the Boulder community in a beautiful venue at the base of the Flatirons. Please join us for this ongoing exploration of the dharma.
Zentatsu Baker Roshi is Abbot, Head Teacher, and founder of the Dharma Sangha centers in Europe and the United States. In the United States he lives at Crestone Mountain Zen Center in Colorado; and in Germany, at the Buddhist Study Center at Johanneshof in the Black Forest.

Baker Roshi has committed his life to discovering and cultivating a way that combines monastic practice, community life, and the study of the interrelationship between Asian and Western cultural practices.
This seminar is sponsored by Dharma Sangha Boulder (Boulder Zen Center) and will be held in the Chautauqua Community House at the base of the Flatirons. The format for the weekend will include lectures, questions & answers, group discussion, and sitting meditation. It is not necessary for participants to have experience with Zen practice, or familiarity with Baker-Roshi s previous seminars.
Baker-Roshi will begin to develop the topic of the seminar on Friday, while the main seminar will begin on Saturday morning. The schedule is as follows:
Friday (Optional) 10:00am 5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 9:30am 5:00pm
The cost for the two days is $145. The price for all three days is $195. We offer a 10% discount for online payments received prior to January 17th.
